My Coaching Journey…

I completed my Transformational Coaching Diploma back in 2024, and I can honestly say it was transformational in many ways! Not only have I learnt the skills to coach others, but I continue to use the skills in my every day life, in my NHS work, in how I think, and with how I approach conversations and support others.
